Check this one out! A great way to cool off when you’re feeling crazy from the heat!

Coffee Latte Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 2 cups strong coffee
  • 1 (chocolate) mix pudding instant pkg 3
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • Hazelnut creamer, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste

Preparation:

Combine everything in a blender, and blend until ice is crushed and shake is thick. Top with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.

Picture this…take the chill out of early morning with a romantic cup of…romance…!

Java Romance

  • one large, pre-heated mug, 5 ounces of freshly brewed coffee
  • 1/4 ounce of raspberry syrup
  • 1/4 ounce of bittersweet chocolate sauce
  • 1 and 1/2 ounces of cold milk
  • homemade whipped cream
  • a decorative heart-shaped chocolate

Pour the raspberry syrup and chocolate sauce into the mug. Fill the mug with hot coffee and milk and top it off with a dollop of home-made whipped cream. To add the finishing touch, drizzle a “kiss” of raspberry syrup on top of the whipped cream and set the chocolate alongside the cup

Coffee Recipes I

Ahhh! the feeling of crisp, clean, fresh air that only a vacation to Austria can provide! Let your mind wander among the forests and rocky crags while you sit back and relax while sipping this authentic Austrian Coffee…!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee
  • 4 strips of lemon peel (3″ x 1/2″)
  • 4 strips of orange peel (3″ x 1/2″)
  • 20 whole cloves
  • 1 quart of cold water
  • 8 teaspoons of brown sugar

Preparation:

Place lemon peels, orange peels and cloves in the bottom of coffee filter. Put coffee grounds on top and then brew coffee. Sweeten with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar or adjust to taste.

La Isla Mocha

Hot, steaming Mocha on a chilly morning…! Mornings don’t get much better than this…!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of hot coffee
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 4 teaspoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparation:

Whip cream, nutmeg, sugar and only 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon until it peaks. Put 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon into each of two mugs.

Now add 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup into each mug. Add 3/4 cup of hot coffee to each mug and stir. Top with the whipped cream and drizzle with a little more chocolate syrup.
